Long Term Futures is working with a warm and welcoming primary school in Central Coventry that is seeking a committed Year 3 Teacher until the end of the academic year.

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the Year 3 curriculum.
• Small class of approximately 20 pupils.
• Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development during the transition into KS2.
• Assess, track, and report pupil progress effectively.
• Create a calm, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Work closely with teaching assistants and phase leaders.
• Differentiate planning to meet a range of abilities, including pupils with SEN.
• Communicate effectively with parents and contribute to meetings when required.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 3.
• Strong classroom management with a nurturing, consistent approach.
• Confident delivery of the KS2 curriculum.
• A reflective practitioner committed to inclusive, high-quality teaching.
