As part of this vision, we are looking to appoint a motivated and committed Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our welcoming and inclusive primary school in Coventry
. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who is passionate about raising standards and making a positive impact on pupils’ learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confidently plan and deliver engaging, high‑quality lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum
  • Maintain a positive, well‑managed classroom with high expectations for behaviour and learning, understanding and enforcing school policies
  • Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress and provide feedback to appropriate members of SLT as well as parents/carers
  • Differentiate teaching to meet a range of needs, including SEND, SEMH, EAL and higher‑attaining pupils
  • Contribute to school community involvement and uphold safeguarding responsibilities
The Ideal Candidate Will
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have experience of teaching in Key Stage 2 (or be an ECT with strong KS2 specific training)
  • Hold strong subject knowledge and a clear understanding of the National Curriculum
  • Share our values of inclusion, respect, and high aspirations for all pupils
