SEN Primary School Teacher - The Romero Catholic Academy

Contract Type: Full time, Permanent
Location: x3 separate roles located across 3 separate primary schools within The Romero Catholic Academy.
The Romero Catholic Academy is seeking to recruit three ambitious, nurturing and dedicated SEN teachers to support the children in our SEN provisions. The SEN provisions within our schools support a small group of pupils with additional learning needs who are currently working outside of age‑related expectations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering personalised, high‑quality learning experiences tailored to each child’s individual profile. We welcome applications from qualified teachers who have substantial experience leading learning within an SEN environment.

- Work closely with the SENCo to ensure provision is tailored for every child.
- Plan activities which engage, motivate and inspire pupils.
- Contribute to constructive team – building with staff and families.
- Bring new qualities and strengths to our school.
- Be committed to working with parents, governors and the local community.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to work as part of a team.
- Experience with pupils with complex ASD / non‑verbal needs is desirable.

We are committed to safeguarding children.
