8:00am until 4:00pm

Long Term Futures is working with a warm and welcoming primary school in Central Coventry that is seeking a committed Year 3 Teacher until the end of the academic year.

Main Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the Year 3 curriculum.
Small class of approximately 20 pupils
Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development during the transition into KS2.
Assess, track, and report pupil progress effectively.
Create a calm, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
Work closely with teaching assistants and phase leaders.
Differentiate planning to meet a range of abilities, including pupils with SEN.
Communicate effectively with parents and contribute to meetings when required.

What the School is Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 3.
Strong classroom management with a nurturing, consistent approach.
Confident delivery of the KS2 curriculum.
A reflective practitioner committed to inclusive, high-quality teaching.
