The RoleAs a KS2 teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across a variety of subjects, ensuring that all students achieve their best. You will work closely with other teachers and support staff to create a positive, engaging learning experience that meets the individual needs of each pupil.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
- Create a supportive classroom environment where students feel safe and valued
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
Work collaboratively with other staff to share best practices and support student development - Engage with parents and carers, providing updates on progress and well-being
- Contribute to the overall development of the school community
- A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Experience working with KS2 students, ideally in a primary school setting
- A passion for teaching and supporting children's learning
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Ability to inspire, challenge, and support students to reach their full potential
