About You
You're someone who loves helping people get the most out of digital tools for learning, especially in a top university setting. In our Information & Digital Group (IDG), you'll support our University Digital Strategy by giving reliable, friendly help to staff and students. You'll focus on making sure their needs come first and that we deliver support that feels straightforward and valuable every step of the way.
You build strong, quick‑response connections with everyone you work with, stay creative and forward‑thinking while keeping things practical. You'll help set up systems that make learning smoother across the university and support projects to get them done on time, within budget, and up to scratch – always meeting our agreed standards. In our fast‑moving, tech‑focused world, you're comfortable spotting potential issues early and jumping on new chances to improve things.
As part of the IDG Portfolio Delivery team, you'll help outline simple processes, tools, and guidelines for our learning tech projects. You'll work closely with teams to create smooth, user‑friendly experiences, moving at a pace that fits everyone involved. If you're a hands‑on team player who enjoys solving everyday tech challenges in education and turning ideas into easy‑to‑use solutions, we'd love to have you as our Learning Systems Support Coordinator.
