Daily Duties
Lead the technical delivery of projects across multiple RIBA stages
Oversee production of technical drawing packages, specifications, and construction information
Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and technical standards
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architectural teams
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective project delivery
Review technical detailing and documentation quality
Undertake site visits and resolve technical issues during construction
Ideal Candidate
Strong experience within a UK architectural practice, ideally delivering residential or mixed-use developments
Proven ability to lead technical delivery and coordinate project teams
Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD within a BIM environment
Experience across multiple RIBA stages
Strong communication and organisational skills
Relevant qualification in architecture or architectural technology (CIAT or equivalent preferred)
