An award-winning architectural firm is looking for a talented Architectural Technician to join its dynamic team in Coventry. Specialising in high-end residential and commercial projects, this firm is renowned for its innovative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities for the Architectural Technician role:
- Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate closely with architects and designers.
- Ensure projects comply with UK building regulations and construction methods.
- Contribute to the seamless execution of prestigious projects.
- Oversee projects from inception to completion.
Requirements:
- CIAT accredited or working towards accreditation.
- Sufficient post-qualification experience (residential experience beneficial).
- Proficient using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a flair for innovative design.
