This is a full-time, on-site Dental Practice Manager role located in Coventry. The Dental Practice Manager will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations of the practice. Core duties include managing staff, working with practice principal on business growth, ensuring a seamless patient experience, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

• Experience in Dental Practice Management and overseeing practice operations
• Proficiency in Customer Service and understanding if Business Development
• Knowledge of Dental Care practices and industry regulations
• Strong leadership abilities, time management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with dental practice management software is a plus
• Relevant qualifications in healthcare, business administration, or related fields preferred
