As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be reporting to the Customer Care Manager and working as part of a team to ensure effective, seamless working between the Sales and Marketing teams, Showroom, Finance and Distribution/Fulfilment Departments.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure inbound queries are dealt with in an effective manner
- Provide an excellent customer experience by following company processes
- Deal with complaints and elevate when required
- Update the in‑house database to ensure records are kept of contact with the customer
- Liaise with courier companies regarding deliveries
- Complete refund authorisation if required
- Previous experience in a customer‑focused role
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly
- Highly organised, efficient and capable of completing tasks within set time frames
- Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
