We are supporting a well-established and growing organisation within the flooring sector to recruit a Senior Sales Advisor to join their commercial team. This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week.

This is a senior, hands‑on position where you will lead by example, assist with meetings, generate reports, support with complex and high‑value enquiries and play a key role in driving both sales performance and customer excellence across the team. There will be an opportunity to increase your earnings through perfomance based commission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the escalation point for complex or high‑value customer enquiries
  • Support the Manager in coaching, mentoring and developing the team
  • Lead by example to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Manage complex sales from enquiry through to completion
  • Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to customers
  • Drive a right‑first‑time, customer‑first approach to service delivery
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance, processes and customer experience
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting through internal systems
About You
  • Experience with in sales, customer service or a consultative commercial/retail environment
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence, coach and support others
  • Comfortable handling escalations and challenging customer scenarios
  • Commercially aware with a focus on targets, profitability and service standards
  • Highly organised, proactive and solutions‑focused
  • Professional, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
