Customer Service Sales Agent

Location:

Binley, Coventry (Onsite)

Type:
Permanent, Full-time, Mon-Fri

Hours:

8am-5pm and 7am-4pm on rotation roughly every 5/6 weeks

Salary: £27,500k

Project Partners are now recruiting for experienced Customer Service professionals to come and join an established team of Customer Service / Sale Agents in Binley, Coventry.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager Sales Helpdesk, the role is responsible for pricing and selling the clients products to customers in line with their requirements. Providing sales support, generating sales and processing sales documents.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Demonstrate a highly visible commitment to Health & Safety within the Customer Service Centre and ensure team members are following health and safety standards and initiatives.

* Ensure all internal and external enquiries, verbal, written and digital are captured, recorded accurately and responded to within the agreed timeframe and in accordance with standard operating procedures.

* Actively promote and sell the products to new and existing customers, in line with KPIs, using the companies’ institutional tools and levels of authority and in accordance with standard operating procedures.

* Promote cross-selling of the company’s products and up-selling of special products in line with KPI targets.

* Promptly acknowledge purchase orders, in line with standard operating procedures, to ensure customers are trading to the terms and conditions.

* Provide all relevant requested details relating to queries and disputes promptly to facilitate resolution and effective cash collection.

* Ensure all administration tasks are completed within the agreed timelines.

* Build strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders. Ensure there is excellent communication between the Sales Agent team and the wider business, so customer requirements and concerns are identified and dealt with promptly.

Experience &

Qualifications:

* Previous experience of working in a fast paced, high interaction customer service environment.

* Excellent communication and organisation skills.

* Ability to work as part of a team.

* Previous experience in a customer focused environment, committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers.

* Experience of working with KPI’s in a results driven environment.

* A digital mindset, ability to work with new technology and good IT skills.
