Are you a proactive problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Do you enjoy advising customers on the latest fishing tackle and helping them find the perfect solution? If so, Shimano UK is looking for you to join our Customer Service team in Coventry.
Responsibilities- Calculate offers and process customer orders accurately.
- Deliver high‑quality service via phone and email.
- Monitor stock availability, perform credit checks, and manage order processing.
- Answer customer questions about product specifications, invoices, and deliveries.
- Report claims and provide solutions wherever possible.
- Minimum 2 years in a customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Teams).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Knowledge of fishing products and a passion for the sport is a bonus.
