R1858# Introduction As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll provide expert advice on products and orders, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.# The Challenge
* Calculate offers and process customer orders accurately.
* Deliver high-quality service via phone and email.
* Monitor stock availability, perform credit checks, and manage order processing.
* Maintain efficient administrative systems.
* Answer customer questions about product specifications, invoices, and deliveries.
* Report claims and provides solutions wherever possible.
* Minimum 2 years in a customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Teams).
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a strong advantage.
* Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone.
* Ability to take initiative and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
* Knowledge of fishing products and a passion for the sport is a bonus.
