💰 £12.21 per hour (Mon–Fri) | £18.31 per hour for 1-in-4 Saturdays
40h per week. ÂŁ488.40 per week (No Sat) ÂŁ543.33 (Weeks inc. Sat)
We are looking for a confident, friendly, and detail‑focused Customer Service Executive to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis
.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of office-based work and face‑to‑face customer interaction in a showroom environment.
You’ll play a key role in supporting our customers and internal team, including:
- Answering and handling incoming sales calls
- Serving customers in our showroom
- Providing quotations and product information
- Chasing order progress and updating customers
- Taking payments securely and accurately
- Inputting orders into our system
- Managing your own inbox and general office emails
- Carrying out general administrative and office duties as required
Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00 (30 min lunch)
Friday: 08:30 – 16:00 (30 min lunch)
Saturdays: 08:15 – 11:45 on a rota basis (approx. 1 in
4)
🟢 Paid at time and a half (£18.31 per hour)
We currently offer the minimum starting rate
, which will be reviewed for the right person.
- Strong communication skills with excellent grammar and professional email etiquette
- Confident dealing with customers both in person and over the phone
- Good attention to detail and the ability to stay organised
- Proficient in Word and Excel (bonus but not essential)
- A positive attitude and willingness to support wider office tasks when needed
