Are you a Contracts Manager from a flooring or construction background, looking to join an established contractor that delivers projects nationwide with the opportunity to manage a wide variety of projects and autonomy?

On offer is the opportunity to take ownership of flooring and wall finish projects ranging from small works to large-scale contracts up to 500,000. You will play a key role in overseeing projects from planning through to completion, ensuring budgets, timelines, quality, and safety standards are met.

This role would suit a Contracts Manager with experience in construction or flooring, looking for a hands-on role with responsibility, variety, and progression within a stable, growing business.

The Role:
Managing flooring and wall finish projects from pre-start through to completion
Planning works, controlling budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered on time
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
Managing contracts, variations, and commercial aspects of projects
Supervising site teams and ensuring health & safety compliance
Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders and senior management

The Person:
Experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role within construction or flooring
Full UK driving licence
