Estimator / Surveyor | Quantity Surveyor | Construction | London Speyhawk Ltd are recruiting for an Estimator / Surveyor for a Specialist Contractor in London Up to £75,000  Travel, health, pension and bonus This highly successful specialist contractor offers a supply and installation service to Architects, Developers and end users alike. Working within Londons high end residential and blue-chip commercial markets.

Following a sustained increase in demand for their highly innovative product range, a new appointment has been created for a Surveyor / Estimator to support their commercial team. You will not be solely responsible for pricing and will only support the larger tenders up to £5m in value. You could be from either a Surveying or Estimating background where you have been involved in the preparation of estimates and proposals for high quality fit out works, facades or landscaping.

You will already have gained valuable experience, working for a specialist contractor or major contractor on associated works and now looking to specialise. Previous experience within the fit out or natural stone sector would be a distinct advantage. Your services are urgently required to help fulfil the demand and in return you will be offered a defined career path and the financial recognition a privately owned and operated business can offer.
