This is an on-site contract role for a Contracts Manager located in Coventry. The Contracts Manager will oversee the planning and execution of flooring and wall finish projects, ensure adherence to budgets and timelines, and liaise with both clients and teams to ensure project success. Responsibilities include managing contracts, supervising teams, ensuring safety standards, and providing regular project updates to stakeholders.

• Strong skills in project management, contract negotiation, and budget management
• Familiarity with construction best practices and relevant safety regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Experience in team leadership and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Relevant certifications in construction, project management, or related fields
• Previous experience in the flooring or construction industry is an advantage
