Within our Capital Commercial Department, we are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Waste Infrastructure team in either our Finham (Coventry) or Raynesway (Derby) offices.

• Negotiate contracts and provide commercial support throughout delivery, working closely with our design and delivery teams to manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Support our Project Managers to manage contracts, including assessment of contract events and payment applications, issuing contract notifications, and leading dispute resolution.
• Develop sourcing and contract strategies, and draft, test and negotiate work orders with contractors.

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in procurement, looking to progress your career.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise and influence stakeholders.
• Attention to detail to ensure compliance with procedures and accurate reporting.
• A passion for delivering great value for customers.
