About Our NurseryJoin our dedicated team at Busy Bees in Coventry Allesley Green, an Ofsted-rated Outstanding facility with a capacity of 46 children. Our longstanding staff includes Centre Director Becky Curran, with 32 years of experience, alongside Chris Lewis and Patricia Ward, each with 20 and 10 years, respectively. We pride ourselves on strong community ties, collaborating with our local Onestop, which judges our internal competitions, and participating in community service activities like litter picking.
Conveniently located with a bus terminal directly opposite the center, we provide easy access to both Coventry and Birmingham. Staff members enjoy free lunch and parking, and we are open to exploring flexible working options upon request, creating a supportive and adaptable work environment.

WhatTo Expect As a Nursery Practitioner
- Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment:
Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning. - Lead Educational
Activities:
Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). - Key Person Role:
Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
- Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
- Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
- Skills:
Good communication, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
