• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive
• Plan and deliver meaningful activities that support children’s growth and development
• Observe and track progress, celebrating achievements and milestones
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and care
• Build strong relationships with parents, children, and colleagues to foster a positive community

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (Ofsted-approved)
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies
• Experience planning and delivering age-appropriate activities for children aged 3 months – 5 years
• Ability to observe and assess children’s development effectively
• Understanding of health, hygiene, and safety standards in early years settings
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership potential

• Competitive salary: £26,000 and upwards per year
