This is an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager who wants to shape a well‑loved, experience‑led consumer proposition. You will own the development of customer‑focused products, working at the heart of an organisation that is investing in innovation, insight, and cross‑functional collaboration.
The RoleAs Product Manager, you will lead the development and enhancement of customer‑facing propositions across digital and physical touchpoints. You will act as the voice of the customer, using insight, commercial thinking, and cross‑functional leadership to bring initiatives from concept to delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end‑to‑end product development, from ideation through to rollout.
- Enhancing the membership proposition and on‑site experience through new features and initiatives.
- Translating customer insight into commercially viable product improvements.
- Exploring new opportunities across adjacent markets and experiences.
- Improving the customer journey before, during, and after a visit.
- Working closely with Operations, Digital, Brand, Creative, Research and Insights, and Revenue and Pricing to ensure successful delivery.
- Aligning product changes with booking journeys, pricing structures, and operational capabilities.
- Monitoring performance and iterating based on data and feedback.
You will be a strong match for this role if you bring:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager within a services‑led, customer‑centric environment such as travel, leisure, hospitality, transport, or similar.
- Strong experience working with cross‑functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- A track record of using customer or market insight to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for improving customer experience.
- Confidence working autonomously in a stand‑alone product role.
- Salary up to £45,000.
- Hybrid working with two days per week in the Coventry office.
