Product Development Manager

Product Development Manager :
An exciting new role with this travel specialist company. Developing compelling propositions to meet the needs of their customers. Paying £40-45K, Hybrid with their offices in Coventry.

• Ensuring product and services meet the needs of customers.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from membership proposition to new product development and existing product improvement.
• Synthesise customer, market and operational data, developing an understanding of their customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to develop new products and introduce product innovation.

• Previous experience managing Product Development in a travel or leisure business.
• Experience of taking customer research and insight and translating them into product development plans.
• Working knowledge of email marketing and social media platforms.
• Knowledge of the camping, caravanning or motorhome market.
• Budget management skills including planning and monitoring.

Paying £40-45K

Hybrid with their offices in Coventry – 2 days in the office on a Tue and Wed.

28 days holiday (this includes time off between Xmas and New Year)+ bank holidays.

Option to buy and sell up to 5 days holiday.

5% pension contribution
