Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of customer accounts Act as the main point of contact for customers Coordinate orders from purchase order to shipment Liaise with production, procurement, and quality teams Provide accurate updates on order status and delivery Resolve customer queries and issues Prepare reports and support customer reviews About You Experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or similar Background in manufacturing, production, or assembly environments Strong customer service and coordination skills Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities Confident using Excel and order/ERP systems
