The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and increase revenue. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the recruitment sector
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers in the recruitment industry, including HR managers, hiring managers, and C‑suite executives
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential areas for growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to attract new clients
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and value proposition
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Stay updated on industry developments and trends, and incorporate them into our business strategies
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events and conferences
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment sector
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong networking and relationship‑building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
