The post-holder will provide administration, transactional and operational support to departments across Estates & Facilities on various work streams.
Responsibilities- Collate, reproduce and distribute documents, reports, materials and meeting papers for the Estates & Facilities Managers, including Executive Team Meetings, Trust Leadership Team, Board Committees and Board meetings.
- Implement and adhere to the Trust’s financial procedures, including raising new orders, receiving goods and end‑of‑year processing.
- Provide administration support of the Trust’s Car Parking Management function to the Business Support Manager.
- Provide administration support of FM Systems, i.e. Access Control Systems within the Trust.
