Property Resilience Coordinator
Temp job with possibility of temp to perm, located in Coventry, West Midlands. Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 days at home (Wed and Fri 9am‑5pm), 36.25 hours week. Start ASAP for a 6‑month assignment. Pay £13.40 PAY.
42 Umbrella per hour.
- Provide efficient administrative support to the Property Resilience Team in the delivery of DMC day‑to‑day and repairs.
- Manage the end‑to‑end job delivery, highlight delays or issues and proactively seek resolution via contractors, escalating where appropriate to the Property Resilience Lead.
- Act as the primary point of contact for contractor-related chase‑ups and queries, and process payments for all managed contracts.
- Serve as a clear point of contact for any initial job chase or issue relating to core contractors; highlight contractors not accepting jobs within SLAs and address issues directly, escalating persistent problems.
- Actively track a job’s progress through the journey and take required actions to support completion with customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the inbox and ensure any work or inspection requests are ordered in a timely manner.
- Review daily WIP levels, highlight postcode areas where WIP is increasing and take appropriate action by highlighting to relevant contractor and partnership staff.
- Work with all contractors where required to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Liaise between CSC, Property Management Team and contractors to resolve any customer issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptionally customer‑oriented and detail‑focused, with a passion for consistently delivering good outcomes.
- Highly effective individual capable of motivating, engaging with field‑based teams and contractors to deliver optimum performance.
- Very good team player.
- IT and Microsoft Word astute.
- Resilient and an eye for detail.
