• Proficiency in finance‑related tasks, including raising invoices for recruitment services and processing timesheets for contractor workers
• Expertise in setting up contractors with compliance documentation and maintaining IR35 compliance
• Excellent skills in using Excel and CRM systems, such as Jobadder, to keep records up‑to‑date and generate reports for the Head of Recruitment
• Ability to chase and update purchase orders from customers, ensuring efficient communication and timely responses
• Strong administrative and organizational skills to support the overall activities of the recruitment company

• Relevant experience in an administrative or finance‑related role, preferably within the recruitment or professional services industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• A proactive and detail‑oriented approach to ensure the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations
