An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join the Radiology Medical Rota Team on a full‑time basis. You will provide efficient administrative and support services for the Radiology Medical Workforce.
Key responsibilities- Manage, staff and coordinate the medical rotas on a day‑to‑day basis.
- Assist in the design, preparation and publication of rotas.
- Maintain detailed attention to work load and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
- Display leadership and accountability for all issues pertaining to rotas.
- Communicate effectively with Senior Management and Medical Staff.
- Deliver high‑quality support for service and customers through excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Remain calm under pressure, manage tight deadlines and prioritise workload effectively.
- Support divisions to ensure the provision of high‑quality patient care by deploying appropriate staff efficiently.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Willingness to adapt to change and learn new skills.
- Good knowledge of general administration and clerical procedures.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise workload effectively.
