Job Summary
We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer‑focused Talent for Care Administrator (Band
2) to provide high‑quality administrative support across the Talent for Care and Talent Management work streams. You will play a key role in supporting apprenticeships, work experience, employability programmes and learning activities, ensuring a professional, welcoming and efficient service for colleagues, candidates and external partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced team, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service while upholding our Trust values.
Duties
- Provide administrative support across Talent for Care and Talent Management programmes, including apprenticeships, work experience and employability.
- Act as a first point of contact for enquiries by phone, e‑mail and in person.
- Organise meetings, training and events, maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Support recruitment, enrolment and onboarding processes.
- Assist with communications, resource creation, promotional activity and liaison with partners.
- Ensure confidentiality, data accuracy and compliance with Trust policies.

PersonSpecification Essential Qualifications
- Business Administration or Customer Service Level 2
- Able to use Microsoft packages including Outlook.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
