What You’ll Do
As a Barista at Little Lattes Play Cafe, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and beverages with precision and care
• Providing excellent customer service to both parents and children
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting space
• Assisting with basic café operations
• Helping host and support birthday parties on weekends, including setting up, assisting during parties, and helping with cleanup
• Contributing to the positive and friendly atmosphere that makes Little Lattes a special place

What We’re Looking For
We believe that a great attitude goes a long way! Here’s what we’re seeking in our ideal candidate:

• A friendly and approachable personality with a passion for customer service
• A willingness to learn and grow; no prior barista experience is required, but it is preferred.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A team player who enjoys collaborating with others to create a positive work environment
• Availability to work weekends, especially to assist with birthday parties
