Monday-Friday 8 AM- 4 PM and 9 AM- 5 PM
$24-$27 an hour
Qualifications for Business Office Manager's Assistant- Skilled Nursing Facility experience required;
Long-Term Care/Rehab experience preferred. - One to two years of healthcare administrative or bookkeeping experience, including exposure to accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and billing support.
- Knowledge of billing and collection practices in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to learn billing and financial software.
- Strong communication skills with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Ability to build positive working relationships and maintain confidentiality.
