Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Pay: $20-$21/hour + $1.00/hour Weekend Differential Schedule Options:
Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem (Flexible Schedules Available!)

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll play a key role in empowering individuals to live meaningful and fulfilling lives. You'll provide support for daily living activities, foster strong relationships, and promote independence, safety, and well‑being. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to make a lasting impact.

Flexible per diem shifts make this an excellent opportunity for students pursuing degrees in psychology, social work, nursing, education, or any human services field. Gain valuable, hands‑on experience while making a difference!

• Follow individual care plans and report any concerns to nursing or management.
• Administer medications and treatments with proper documentation, per policy.
• Support daily living needs, including:
  • Personal care
  • Meal preparation and dietary support
  • Household tasks and errands
  • Health appointments and community integration
  • Building natural supports and social relationships
• Promote health, safety, and a clean home environment.
• Remain calm and effective during challenging situations.
• Foster a positive, respectful team dynamic with coworkers, individuals, and their families.
• Accurately document individual progress and changes.
• Attend all required trainings, meetings, and ongoing professional development.

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 25‑50 lbs. (with assistance or lifting devices)
• Physical ability to bend, squat, push/pull, and kneel as needed
• A compassionate and patient mindset

• Competitive Pay: $20‑$21/hour + $1.00/hour weekend differential
• Flexible Scheduling:
  Full‑time, part‑time, per diem – weekend shifts required
