• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice; compact licenses transferred within 90 days of relocation.
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (assistance offered after hire if required).
• Recent TB skin test, current within the past 12 months.
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation required.
