Lawn Care Technician | BC

Salary: $22.02/h + productivity bonus + commission, with current technicians averaging $24–$30/h

• Guaranteed hourly wage of $22.02/h + productivity bonus + commission, with current technicians averaging $24–$30/h.

There are two seasons to this full‑time, permanent position.

• Work Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to ~4:00 pm;
  Saturdays mandatory in the high season (May, June, September, October).
• Apply fertilizers and weed control products that are safe and government‑approved.
• Generate truck sales by talking to neighbors after each application and introducing our services.
• Analyze lawns and provide recommendations to improve quality.
• Maintain expected production schedules.
• Complete paperwork accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of truck and equipment.
• Maintain a professional personal appearance.

• Work Monday–Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm;
  Saturdays as required by Branch Managers.
• Travel to residential neighborhoods to conduct lead generation.
• Introduce Weed Man services in a short, non‑sales pitch.
• Collect authorization forms for free lawn‑care quotes; no payment at the door.
• Generate leads for the sales team.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lift 40–50 pounds frequently.
• Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Must have a Class 5 or 7 / Class N driver’s license in good standing.
• Must be available to work Saturdays in May, June, September, and October.
