• Performing Nursing skills including assessments, wound care, spinal cord management, specialized skills with additional training as set out in the BCCNM College guidelines.
• Conducting nursing assessments and clinical care planning.
• Monitoring client health and updating care plans as needed.
• Supervising and mentoring Care Pros on medically delegated tasks.
• Conducting quality assurance visits and care consultations.
• Educating families and clients on medication, chronic conditions, and safety.
• Ensuring compliance with Work Safe BC and regulatory standards.

• Current and active LPN license in British Columbia.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in home care or geriatric care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with documentation and electronic health records.
• Clear criminal background check.
• Able to lift 25 lbs as required for client care tasks.
• Must have a Class 5 Driver’s Licence, own vehicle, and valid auto insurance.

Part-time:
Flexible. Shifts available between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Evening 7-9 pm.

Occasional attendance for training sessions, meetings, or client emergencies may be required.
