This is a frontline leadership role designed for motivated individuals who want to grow their skills in hospitality, customer service, and team management.
About the Role
Team Leads support daily operations by managing shifts, coaching floor staff, and maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and guest experience. You’ll be the go‑to leader on shift, ensuring the venue runs efficiently and guests have a memorable experience.
This is an ideal role for someone with 2–3 years of retail, hospitality, or attractions experience who wants to develop leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and oversee Floor Staff
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, issues, and feedback professionally
- Mentor and train new staff
- Provide guidance on safety, operations, and customer service
- Support team morale and engagement
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standard
- Assist with birthday parties and events
- Ensure compliance with BC Employment Standards
What You Bring to the Team?
- 2–3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or attractions
- Leadership or key-holder experience is an asset
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills
- Reliable, adaptable, and positive energy
