Lube & Tire Technician

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Repair and maintain store equipment and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Move and lift 75+ pounds; work in close quarters and various temperatures.
• Always put safety and customer satisfaction first, complying with company safety policies and procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; willingness to learn (no experience required).
• Physical ability to move and lift 75+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card (paid by Love's).
• Strong safety orientation and customer service skills; team-oriented.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule (day and night as needed).
