Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude to join our team as a Maintenance Technician at Real Property Management Express.

As a Maintenance Technician
, you will be a key player in delivering a consistently excellent living experience for our residents. You will handle maintenance requests with professionalism and care, ensuring homes are safe, functional, and welcoming.

Responsibilities:

• Property Maintenance – general maintenance, light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting, light groundskeeping, light appliance installation/maintenance, trash/large object disposal, pool maintenance, and more.
• Customer Service – provide excellent service to residents, taking pride in your appearance and interactions.
• Proactive Property Care – identify opportunities to improve the property while completing work orders.

Desired

Skills And Experience:

• Experience in maintenance and/or a trade craft (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, etc).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Digital literacy and ability to use a smartphone.
• A sense of pride in completing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical intuition.
• Patience, clear communication, and a team-first mindset.
