Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout a tech-focused location, including office, common areas, loading areas, and perimeter routes;
Monitor access points and maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized entry; verify credentials, direct visitors and/or contractors, and document access activity per site requirements;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate with site contacts and public emergency services as needed;
Operate and monitor security-related systems such as CCTV, alarms, and radio communications; report maintenance concerns, hazards, and irregular activity through the established chain of command
