Join to apply for the Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) (T2454) role s position supports guest engagement and merchandising in the Style department.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs; maintain backroom organization and merchandise flow.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and follow merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Support backroom organization to enable replenishment and guest requests; remerchandise presentations as items sell through.
• Assist with price changes and clearance merchandising, including signing execution.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests; facilitate fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work in a safe manner and report hazards as appropriate.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and drive-up while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming guest experience by greeting guests and helping solve their needs; thank guests for shopping Target.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Effective communication skills; ability to work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within time frames.

• Ability to handle cash register operations as needed; climb ladders; lift or move merchandise up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance required.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions (such as Drive-Up, carryout).
• Ability to stay mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
