Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers inspired and feeling their best. The primary responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes; you will also participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation, while focusing on customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

• Be customer-obsessed, lead with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise on style and fit
• Cash Wrap/Cashier: use POS and store technology to stay informed on priorities and promotions in-store and online; promote loyalty programs and credit services
• Maintain maurices visual and operational standards with a focus on the customer
• Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support shipping processes and omni order fulfilment including in-store and curbside pick-up

• At least 16 years of age
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal-oriented
• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
