Here’s What You Will Be Doing
  • Develop Servant Leaders – put people and the restaurant first.
  • Create Memorable Experiences – deliver a service experience so good the guest can’t wait to return.
  • Administration – balance employee/guest experience with financial goals.
  • Welcome new team members and provide them with training.
  • Lead inspiring team huddles that motivate and inform the team.
  • Ensure team members receive ongoing training and coaching.
  • Build shift supervisors’ capability and prepare them for the next level.
  • Consistently thank the team and celebrate successes.
  • Actively coach brand service behaviors; train, observe, provide feedback, and celebrate.
  • Monitor Speed of Service to ensure delivery of guest expectations.
  • Ensure the restaurant is welcoming and clean.
  • Ensure product quality and operations standards are consistently delivered.
  • Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
  • Review sales and scheduling to ensure QSC will be met.
  • Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
  • Review inventory efficiencies to create product orders.
  • Evaluate and implement cost controls.
  • Monitor people charts and production planning and make necessary adjustments.
  • Create and monitor schedules and manage the onboarding process for new team members.
  • Implement action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent guest service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
  • Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make difficult decisions.
  • Available for all shifts, including open, close, weekends, and holidays.
