The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care according to individualized patient needs. This role emphasizes clinical excellence, teamwork, and compassionate care in a collaborative environment that supports professional growth and ongoing development.

• Perform comprehensive initial and ongoing patient assessments
• Deliver age-appropriate, evidence-based nursing care
• Develop, implement, and revise individualized plans of care
• Safely execute nursing interventions aligned with patient needs
• Evaluate patient responses and modify care plans as needed
• Perform technical nursing skills independently and competently
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• BSN preferred
• Active Nebraska RN license or valid multistate compact license
• Current BLS (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Successful completion of Telemetry Cardiac Rhythm Course
• NIHSS certification required within 6 months of hire
• ACLS certification required within 1 year of hire
