In Home CNA

We’re hiring a Full‑Time Evenings Participant Care Aide (In‑Home CNA) at Immanuel Pathways PACE® in Council Bluffs, IA. The role is based at 1702 N 16th Street, Council Bluffs, IA 51501. You will work evenings from 12 pm to 9 pm and will be paid up to $22.06 per hour
, depending on experience, certifications, skills and education.

• Provide personal care and assist participants with activities of daily living
• Administer restorative and recreational programming
• Monitor and report participants’ health status
• Ensure a safe environment for participants

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate in the state of employment
• Minimum 18 years of age
• One year of experience with frail or elderly populations (or completion of related training within six months of hire)
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
