A Typical Day...

As a Multi-Unit Team Leader, you will lead three H&R Block tax offices, managing people, providing leadership, and driving seasonal tax business growth. Prior tax experience is not required.

You will start part-time in the fall and transition to full-time from January to April, including evenings and weekends. This role is in-person, not remote.

• Experience managing multiple locations in retail, restaurant, banking, or related industries.

What you'll bring to the team...

• Managing staffing, operations, and logistics across multiple offices with support from Associate Team Leaders.
• Partnering with the District General Manager to develop growth plans and community involvement.
• Assisting in recruiting and performance management.
• Training, coaching, and engaging team members.
• Leading meetings, scheduling, and labor management.
• Travel between offices as needed.
• Preparing tax returns upon successful completion of relevant training.

Your Expertise

• People management and development skills.
• Ability to execute growth strategies.
• Decision-making skills and adaptability.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer-focused.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Completion of H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course.
