Overview
Maintenance Technician II – Council Bluffs, IA
Pay & Benefits- $28–$33/hr based on experience
- $1.50/hr differential for 2nd shift
- $1.75/hr differential for 3rd shift
- Attendance incentives, bonuses, and pay raises
- Comprehensive health benefits and 401(k) plan
- 2nd shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday
- 3rd shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM, Sunday–Thursday
- Rotating shift: 6:45 PM – 6:45 AM
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure reliability
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Use tools such as voltmeters and work with gear reducers, motors, cylinders, valves, and actuators
- Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency
- 2+ years industrial maintenance experience
- 2+ years hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience
- 2+ years electrical experience (480v)
- Manufacturing and production setting
- Exposure to heights, moving machinery, temperature changes, dust, odors, and fumes
- Loud environment requiring safe work practice
This is a Permanent position based out of Council Bluffs, IA.
Pay and Benefits (Summary)The pay range for this position is $58323.00 - $64792.00/yr. 401k, pto, health insurance, paid holidays, overtime potential
