Responsibilities- Property Maintenance – perform general maintenance, light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, light groundskeeping, appliance installation/maintenance, trash/large object disposal, pool maintenance, and related tasks.
- Customer Service – represent the front line with residents, maintaining a professional appearance and positive interactions.
- Proactive Property Care – identify opportunities to improve the property while completing work orders to maintain high standards and deliver value to residents and property owners.
- Experience in maintenance and/or a trade craft (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Digital literacy and ability to use a smartphone.
- A sense of pride in completing high-quality work; enjoy maintenance and working with your hands.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical intuition.
- Patience, clear communication, and a team-first mindset.
- Dependability, punctuality, and integrity.
