Join PALFINGER as a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to help shape how we source, partner, and perform across our North America operations. In this role, you’ll drive supplier excellence, deliver cost improvements, and help power key business initiatives that move our manufacturing forward. This role can be based in Council Bluffs, IA;
Oklahoma City, OK; or Schaumburg, IL
.

• Support, develop, and implement sourcing strategies for assigned categories that align with business objectives.
• Conduct spend analysis by item, supplier, and sourcing group to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Release and analyze RFIs and RFQs, evaluate supplier responses, and support negotiations.
• Perform market research and supplier evaluations to identify potential vendors and assess capabilities.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and compliance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
