• Are you willing to travel up to 25 miles for shifts?
• Do you have a valid driver's license & reliable, personal vehicle with current auto insurance?
• Are you able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull for up to 8 hours? Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
• Are you able to lift up to 25 lbs?
• Are you able to pass a Criminal Background Check and Driver History Check?

• Personal Care (grooming, dressing, hygiene, bathing, toileting)
• Assist with Redirection, Stand-by Assist, Safety & Supervision
• Light Housekeeping and Laundry
• Engage in Activities, Conversation, & Companionship
• Transportation - errands or appointments (must have a valid license and vehicle)
• Meal Preparation / Medication Reminders
